Custom reflective and non-reflective aluminum signs in 12″ × 18″, 18″ × 24″ and 24″ × 36″ for speed limit, stop, yield, deer crossing, no parking, private property, HOA and parking lot signs. Pick your reflectivity grade, thickness and quantity, then design your sign online or upload your own file. Every sign includes 1-1/2″ rounded corners, 3/8″ mounting holes and an anti-graffiti laminate.
Choose your reflectivity:
- Engineer Grade (ASTM D4956 Type I): good nighttime visibility at a budget price. Best for parking lots, private roads, HOAs, campuses and job sites. .063″ or .080″ aluminum.
- High Intensity Prismatic (3M, ASTM D4956 Type IV): brighter, wider-angle reflectivity that drivers see sooner at night. Best for speed limit, stop, yield, warning and other regulatory signs. .063″ or .080″ aluminum.
- Non-Reflective: white painted aluminum with no reflective sheeting, for lit areas and signs mostly seen in daylight. .040″, .063″ or .080″ aluminum, or 3 mm ACM; double sided available on .040″ and ACM.
- Sizes: 12″ × 18″, 18″ × 24″ and 24″ × 36″
- Corners: 1-1/2″ rounded
- Holes: 3/8″ holes at top and bottom center (1-1/2″ inset on 12″ × 18″, 3″ inset on 18″ × 24″ and 24″ × 36″), included
- Finish: anti-graffiti laminate included (3M protective laminate on High Intensity Prismatic; both sides on double-sided signs)

- Hardware: optional nuts and bolts, drive rivets, zip ties, 8 ft U-channel posts or 8 ft square posts
Public roads: signs on public streets and highways must meet the MUTCD (Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices) and your city, county or state DOT's rules, including minimum retroreflectivity. Many agencies require High Intensity Prismatic (Type IV) or higher for public roads. Check with your agency before ordering for a public road. We print to your design and the options you choose; we don't certify MUTCD compliance.

Use Design online, or upload a print-ready PDF at the exact sign size (12″ × 18″, 18″ × 24″ or 24″ × 36″) plus 1/8″ bleed on every side. Keep text and logos at least 1/2″ inside the trim edge and clear of the 1-1/2″ rounded corners and the 3/8″ hole areas at top and bottom center. Images should be 300 dpi at full size (150 dpi minimum).

2) Upload or design
After you upload or save your design, click Continue to add the sign to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout.
3) Checkout
Select your payment method and shipping address. Click Continue to review your order. Click on Submit to finish. Your credit card will be charged and we will email you your invoice immediately.
